An administrator is still at risk of being "blindsided" at the end of a billing cycle if a team has an unexpected surge in usage. Without a proactive alert system, they are forced to constantly and manually monitor dashboards to prevent budget overruns, which is inefficient and stressful.

The solution is an automated "early warning system" that gives administrators peace of mind. This UI provides simple, powerful controls to define a notification threshold using an intuitive slider. Below, an omni-channel notification list allows the administrator to choose exactly where they want to receive these critical alerts—be it email, a Slack channel, or a technical webhook. This transforms resource management from a reactive, manual task into a proactive, automated process.

A great notification system avoids "alert fatigue." It's important to allow administrators to configure not just one, but multiple thresholds (e.g., a "warning" at 75% and a "critical" alert at 95%). The notifications themselves should be actionable, containing specific details (e.g., "The Marketing Team has used 75% of its token quota") and a direct link to the resource management dashboard to take immediate action.
