My work lives at the intersection of design leadership, systems architecture, and hands-on product craft. I specialize in transforming complexity into experiences of clarity and trust, operating as a "team player-coach" who can define a high-level product vision while mentoring teams and remaining deeply engaged in the design process. My goal is to build intelligent, resilient digital products by leading with a clear strategy and an unwavering commitment to quality.

I am deliberately drawn to high-stakes domains like healthcare, legal, education and finance, where the challenges are meaningful and the margin for error is nonexistent. Designing for these sectors is about more than aesthetics; it's about architecting trust, designing with security top of mind, and navigating regulatory nuance to empower users with confidence and control over their well-being. It is this responsibility—to translate critical info into clear, actionable, and secure experiences—that drives my work.

My Guiding Principles

Lead with Humility, Collaborate with Purpose.

The best ideas emerge from low-ego, high-trust environments. My role is to set a clear vision and then empower talented people to do their best work.

Think in Systems, Build for Scale.

A feature is a point in time; a system is a foundation for the future. I specialize in creating robust design systems that ensure consistency and accelerate development.

Marry Intuition with Evidence.

Strong product intuition is vital, but it must be challenged and validated by qualitative and quantitative data. This creates a defensible rationale for all design decisions.

Maintain Craft, Master the Tools.

A leader must set a credible standard for quality. I stay deeply hands-on with my tools, from Figma prototyping to building PoCs in React & TypeScript.
